My ideal apartment would be near a park
Surronded by greenery, small cafes and eateries. I would enter passing a very friendly helpful consierge, taking a lift with a sliding door to my spacious apartment.
Inside my rooms would be tastefully decorated with fresh flowers, a beautiful piano (which I can play only in my fantasy) I would have a wonderful writing desk and a vast array of books. A comfy sofa with warm shaggy throws is a must.
Of course my bedroom would be crisp but sumptuous, and breakfast would arrive each morning on a tray with a single stem rose...
